I have an Ultra Hub and Ultra Hub Plus modem, is it possible to bridge them, turn one into a repeater/extender, create some kind of mesh network or something? So that I can extend the wi-fi connection out to a sleepout?

You should be using a Wi-Fi extender / repeater and doing the job the correct way these are cheap as chips

Yeah, I know but we have what's here and I'm open to a challenge if it's at all possible.
