Have a look in our Bluetooth Guides. There's an article called "What to check if your Bluetooth LAN connection is not working (M Freitas)."

You'll find that most of the times the problem is a personal firewall or an incorrect ICS setup.

Thanks for the quick response but still no Internet.....
I have tge following installed....
1394 connection, Bluetooth Lan Access Server, Sillicon USB Ethernet,
A bridge between the 1394, the Ethernet and my Internet connection,
all with automatic Ip and DNS..when I try to change these i can't even normal connect to the Internet. None of these components had a "shared"connection.
How do I configure my Desktop and how my PDA should I use: new connect to the internet or
new-connect-explore or new-connect join a personal network ???
