Hi

I need someone to come and look at the warehouse I work in and quote for installing wifi coverage through out.  Location is Aongatete, nearest big place is Tauranga.  Nearest small place is Katikati.  Highest point in warehouse is about 8 metres, so not a use a ladder type of job.

Anyone know of someone who does this sort of thing?

Cheers

Mike

If you don't get any other offers, give me a nudge.

I am in the process of doing a job and went down the full Unifi Path with UDM-Pro, Switches and the UAP-AC-M and UMA-D Mesh Sector Antenna which after extensive research looked like the best option all the way down the aisles. Did some tests and was getting great performance down the street when I was testing it. This is a 20x40m warehouse with 20m aisles and I am planning to alternate the APs at each end IE aisle 1 has AP on the North end, aisle 2 south end, aisle 3 north end etc.

The main issue you will probably find is have issues finding APs especially if you want ones with Sector Antennas. Unless something has changed in the last month or so domestic supplies are non-existent so we had to order in the UAP-AC-M's from the US as that was the only place I could find stock. So probably worth making sure you can actually get them if you find your desired APs.

Will also let you know how the install and coverage goes once everything has been installed which should happen in the next month or so.
