Hi,

Lately I have acquired a Motorola HS810 BT headset and I'm trying to configure it to work
with my IBM T41 laptop. Apparently it's no strait forward and the term 'Plug and Pray' gets
it full significance here.

After turning on the BT communication of the T41 I got the BT icon in the task bar and the
headset was recognized as a serial device. The headset profile was nowhere to be seen.
So, supposing that the built in driver does not include the headset profile, I have downloaded
and installed the "IBM Bluetooth II" program (bthwxp1o.exe). The installation went smoothly and now I have an additional BT icon in the task bar.

The problem is that the later, does not recognize the BT device ("Bluetooth device not found.
Please verify that your Bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on") and I still cannot use the headset.

Not having any experience with BT configuration, I'm kind of lost her and I would appreciate any assistance in solving this issue.

Cheers,
D.
