Does anyone know where I can buy the cable management clips shown in the picture below?

They clip into the same size hole as the cage-nuts on the side rails of a server cabinet. 

Mine are many years old and several have broken (being plastic) but I have looked and looked on the internet and haven't found them.

Will very much appreciate any links to buying these.
