Is there any Access Point software i can use with my wirless card, PCI, or i still have to buy an AP?

Yes there is AP 'software' - it only works in Linux and with Prism2 chipsets (not so unfortunate; the prism2 is a common chipset, found in Lucent and wavelan PC cards)
