Any of their models are good... If you want to use it with a PC then you should look at the Jabra BT530 - this one comes with a Bluetooth USB stick if your PC doesn't have Bluetooth. If you just want to use with a phone then any other model will be fine.

Yes, you can use in both. Check that your PC doesn't have Bluetooth already - in which case you get the BT530. Otherwise any other model.
