Not certain if this is the right forum?

I have an LJ4000 printer connected via an n610c jet connect card (J7934A).  Manually set IP address.

All worked fine until after a batch of Windows updates were installed earlier this morning.  Since then, the printer is showing as 'offline' in the printers folder & if I attempt to print a document it goes to the print spool & just sits there.

Printer itself is showing as "Ready" & does not appear to be indicating any error.

Port settings under under properties look fine.  Tried "refesh" under printers, "connect" under Network (WFM), rebooted router, all to no avail.  Still showing as "offline".

Any suggestions?

Looks like the windows update was just coincidence. Found the Cat5 cable connection into the wall socket had been bumped. Jiggled it a bit and Status now showing as "Ready" and able to print.
