My ipac HX4700 is not found by any other bluetooth device after a hard reset. Anyone experienced the same? Any suggestions for solutions?

best regards,

Pascal.

i'm just blind guessing, until a windows expert sees this thread.

have you tried turning off discoverable mode, saving those settings, and then turning discoverable back on again?

You should have it discoverable and set to be seen by all devices by default after a hard reset. Is it set to "Aloow other devices to connect" - "All devices", and "Other devices can discover me"?

Also, make sure the Bluetooth name is set.
