Hi! After searching google I found this forum and I hope to get some help. I have a Bluetake BT007Si USB bluetooth adapter and a Nokia 7650. MY PROBLEM IS I can't send files to PC no matter what I do. HOWEVER I must say I was able to DOWNLOAD ALL my pictures to my PC 2 weeks ago, when I got the adapter, without any special software except XP SP2 drivers. The phone finds my computer and when I try to do a Send -> Via Bluetooth I get this stupid message: "Unable to connect". Now, besides reinstalling Windows I did everything came into my mind. But if I try to send a file to my mobile it works every time. So now I'm clueless...

PS: I read a bunch of threads on this forum and nothing helped.

Is your computer protected by a software firewall? Some interfere with Bluetooth if the right configuration is not used. Zone Alarm should be set to medium and on Symantec Firewall you have to create some rules.

Are you using the Bluetooth dongle on a USB HUB or directly on a port? These devices use too much power sometimes and don't work well on a USB HUB.

Hi!
I have the XP SP2 built-in firewall only, and I am using the Bluetooth USB adapter directly on an USB port.
And I have this problem both at work and at home, but the first time I plugged the dongle in the USB it worked.
I am at work now and I always get "Unable to connect" error message, as at home.
I spent $25 on my Bluetooth USB and now I can't use it. This is rather frustrating. Nokia pc suite also doesn't work.
