I'm wondering about something, but am not cleverer enough to get the answer myself. I've managed to make my ipod bluetooth enabled, but is it possible to connect the same bluetooth headset to ipod and my bluetooth phone at the same time? Would I have to disconnect one each time I wanted to use the other? Or could I set up some shortcut to make do it automatically?

Thanks!

By what method have you enabled BT on the ipod? Is it an adapter on the top to go with a headset? What brand is it?

In a nutshell, by using a cheap audio bluetooth jack I bought in China. It just converts 3.5mm audio jack to bluetooth. It doesnt have a brand, but was dead cheap, so probably pretty basic.

It is really difficult to answer without knowing the specifications. There are products (like the Bluetake i-Phono) that will actually pair with a mobile phone and the base station attached to your iPod, and automatically switch between iPod and mobile phone if a call comes in.

If your specific adapter does it, only you can tell us, from its manual...
