Hi,

I just purchased a bluetooth dongle on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5788031282&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1)

I also installed the latest bluesoleil version 1.6

It works extremelly well with my V600.

But it doen not recognize (DEVICE NOT FOUND) my HS 820.

Can you please help me recognize it so I can use it with Skype?

Welcome to Geekzone... Just make sure the headset is in discoverable mode, following the instructions on the manual.

Other than this, they should at least see each other (if the headset profile is supported by this adapter or not is another point).

How do I set my head set to discoverable. I could not find this info in the manual?

BTW, are you Brazilian?

It will be different depending on the model, but most of the headsets go into discoverable mode by pressing the Answer button while turning the headset on. Most of the times they will beep and start blinking a LED indicating this mode. You might want to check the manual if this doesn't work.

Hold the answer button for about 7 seconds, and the "M" will light solid blue. Then it is in discoverable mode.

But HS820 does not work with BlueSoleil 1.6 for me - program freezes immediately after connection is established to my HS820.

thanks...now it works for me (bluesoleil 1.6) very well. I was even able to use skype...
