Can anyone tell me that the iPAQ 1940 bulit-in bluetooth sdk is built by HP or Windows ce? meaning that, is Windows ce already make its own sdk in all the model of built-in bluetooth ipaq?
So we just need to make use of the API and call the functions to work. So,we don't need to do socket programming for the connection interface?

thankz..

Good question. I know the Bluetooth Manager is not the Microsoft one. But I'm not sure "under the hood".
