I have an IOGear bluetooth adapter that I can use to send files to my phone but I dont see an option on the phone to send files to the PC. Is there a workaround or do I have to have the motorola adapter and software??

I found out by trial and error but here it is for anyone who needs it.

set up the pc to receive file.
select the file on the phone and use the "move" command
your pc should show up as a device to send it to
click the send

alldone.
