Everytime I plug in my MSI dongle, the system asks me to re-install the drivers. Anyone got any ideas on how to prevent this.

Your Windows XP installation is bad - or to try an alternative you may create an Admin user, remove the Bluetooth software, use the new user to install it and try again.
