I can activesync my ipaq 1945 to my PC no problem, and use IE that way.

I use WIN98SE.

How can I access my internet connection in PC directly? I am connected via ethernet to router, then that is connected (ethernet) to DSL modem.

Everything is so cryptic it's infuriating. I know doing this in WINXP is easy, but with WIN98SE? ICS is out.

I use an EPoX USB Bluetooth Dongle with Widcomm.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried Winroute Lite, no luck there. My, duh, slowness I guess.

I need to know how to set up the 1945 (BT null modem?) and the network connections in WIN98SE??? Or Widcomm?

I am stumped now.

Windows 98SE does have ICS. You have to open the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and change to Add Windows Components. You should find ICS somewhere there.

Make sure to make a backup before start using it, because Windows 98 is quite fussy about installing components...
