Has anyone connected a Bluetooth PDA keyboard to a Laptop/PC? If they have, was there anything specific that had to be done to achieve it?

It should work just fine, if you are talking about the Stoaway... You just need to make sure your Bluetooth stack supports the HID profile - all current software do.
