Have just bought the HT820 headphones and when I try to pair them up with my Toshiba Qosmio G20 laptop, the following message appears:

"you cannot connect to a device that is not copyright protected by SCMS-T method".

Can anyone help me solve this problem so that I can listen to music from my laptop?

many thanks

I found on Google that this is a common problem with the Toshiba software stack.

According to this Toshiba Bluetooth readme file:

"Only Bluetooth stero headset with Content Protection Standard SCMS feature are supported.".

Perhaps you will have to change the Bluetooth stereo headphones?
