Hi! All,

I have AmbiCom Bluetooth AmbiCom USB Adapter, its okay, but when I try to use the Nokai PC Connectivity Toolkit with it, it is unable to detect the Bluetooth Adapter at all, is something worng with the Adapter or I have to review the Software installation?

Regards,

Mudassir

Have you paired the devices first?

If not yet, can you start the pairing from your computer? Place the phone is discoverable mode and try initiating a discovery from your computer.

Also, check that your security settings on your computer are not too high. Depending on the driver version you're using you have the option to allow any devices to connect, paired only, specified only or none. Perhaps the configuration is currently set to none?

Perhaps you can manually connect the com port to your phone the first time - this set the default Bluetooth device for a port. Then after that you can expect the software to open the indicated port and the driver should open the last seen device.
