I have a h4155 and one of the AP here requires LEAP authentication. I've entered the configuration in Setting | LEAP.

When I try connecting to this AP I can see Authentication failed.

How do I associate an entry from the LEAP list with a network in the Wireless Adapter list?

What is LEAP for?
I've given up on Bluetooth, and am trying to put the 4150 on AdHoc with my Sony Z1. They 'see' each other, but I can't get anything else to work. Do u know any good tutorials with maybe screenshots?

I found this http://www.pocketpcmag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4224
but it's so hard to understand, I wonder if I messed up cuz it doesn't work still.

LEAP is used for authentication in some wireless networks based on a CISCO standard. Just something adding to the confusion of wireless, really.

Have you decided to leave Bluetooth behind? I guess that's because of the Sony bluetooth implementation? That's really a weak product, I'm sorry to say. You can add an external Bluetooth adapter to your laptop if you want.

seeing as the Bluetooth is impossible, I thought I might as well try using the WiFi instead.

I followed the instructions in that tutorial I found, but it doesn't seem to work. if I can get the WiFi to work,I should be able to also get ActiveSync to work on it.
