Hi,

Just thought I'd chaeck if anyone knew a resolution to this before I send my headset back. The headset connects to my Nokia 6310i without issue but sometimes, as a call is being made the headset will disconnect and the call proceeds minus headset. The only resolution is to switch off the headset and back on again. Any other attempt to re-connect to the phone fails including using the menu on the Nokia or power cycling the Nokia.

Thanks

Ade.

Have you tested this headset with other phones? It may be the mobile phone the problem?

I haven't but then powering the phone off and back on didn't clear the problem so I think it's unlikely. I will try that though all the same.

Thanks

Ade.

Check the firmware version that your 6310i is running by pressing *#0000#, If you are running V 5.5 - it has many problems with many bluetooth devices, and you will need to get the firmware updated to a newer version.
