There is a Bluetooth quick boot key on the keyboard of my laptop, but when I press it, it appears that "no device". I am confused. When I was running a Virtual Machine using VM Fusion, I saw that a bluetooth icon appeared. I thought that it was a mistake, but when I clicked on it, I saw the brand name: Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd.
Then I asked the customer care of my Gateway Notebook. The agent said that this laptop has bluetooth device pre-installed but the device has been disabled when it comes out. Do you guys have any solutions to re-enable this bluetooth device?

If indeed there's a Bluetooth radio installed then check the BIOS to see if it's not disabled there.

Mind you, some laptops had no Bluetooth radio at all, only 3rd party software installed. In this case there is nothing that can be done.

No, I can't find any Bluetooth BIOS setup in BIOS.
However, I asked Gateway Customer Support, and I got a clear response: It is installed. But it has been disabled.

Not having a Gateway is hard to say, but in some other BIOS setup there's a wireless option and the dropdown list shows "WiFi only | Bluetooth only | Both"

Also some BIOS setup allows you to toggle the Wireless key to turn on/off WiFi/Bluetooth/Both on a cycle.

Other than this, will have to leave the forum open for an answer.

There is neither Wireless nor Bluetooth setup in the BIOS.
But the customer agent told me: because your laptop is priced cheaply, which doesn't deserve a Bluetooth, we disabled it when we pack it in purpose:(
