I have been stumpped for the past couple of days. I have not been able to get my HP2215 to use the network access service on my laptop via belkin bluetooth adapter. Initally it did work. What happened was that I tried to connect to my buddies bluetooth network service on his toshiba tablet, which was unsuccessful. Since then I have not been able to connect to my network service. It is able to connect to service via the bluetooth null modem, brings up the prompt for the user name, password, and domain. From this point it show dialing: connect ... It just sits there and does not enven time out. The belkin interface on my laptop indicated that the unit has connected, but it seems to be stuck trying to connect on the ipaq side. I have a feeling that the bluetooth manger / bluetooth null modem config is messed up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a soft reset on the iPAQ first? You might want to delete the pairing from your iPAQ and from your computer and pair again.
