Yesterday my Zen Touch froze up while I was shutting it down.  After reading the manual and www.creative.com I found out how to reset it to recovery mode.  I clicked on clean it up and rebooted.  When it started up after the reboot it went right back to the recovery screen.  I have tried several times and it always does the same thing: it nevers gets out of recovery mode. 

I have not reformatted it yet, because I don't want to lose my music on there. (My computer's harddrive wasn't capable of holding even a fraction of my music, hence why I had an external mp3 player and why I wouldn't want to lose ALL that info!)  Is there anyone out there who has any suggestions or can help?  I tried contacting creative customer service, but I haven't heard a single reply.
