Sent my daughter's i-pod to omnitech on Tuesday - software problem, paid for it via internet banking on Wednesday, it was back this morning (Friday).  Can't complain, but she might because I am not buying her a new Pink one!  I will post her opinion of the repair later...

I had to pay for the courier bag there, and enclosed return bag, both 'Signature Required'.  Plus repair, of course...

Sixty dollars and the ipod was back on the friday.  All working etc but daughter isn't clear on why it needed the software cleared/re-installed so I may not be able to stop it happening again?
