Hi,

Have bought a new one of these for a customer and the right hand tactile bump ( or whatever it is called ) is on the "K" key instead of the "J" key

Has anyone brought one of these recently? Can you confirm which key the bump is on?

RMA has been approved, but I don't want to order another one, pay the freight and find out that this is shipment wide issue

Its driving the user nuts as they are a very accomplished touch typist

If it's the same as this one then yeah, it maybe a manufacturing defect.

Her previous 3 year old unit was fine, but just wondering if MS had changed what key they were using

Will order a replacement and keep my fingers crossed lol

Was lefthand ok? Apparently guide keys D & K were an Apple thing. Can't find any other reason for bump on K.
