I have many issues with my PMC creative Zen.

1.When connected to computer , computer does not recognize it.
2. When I push ALL buttons including the power button nothing happens.
3.When I plugged in my PMC with adapter the screen turns on then you see creative Zen, windows media, then the bliss background then it freezes on that last screen .
4. Doesn’t charge unless on the bliss background frozen screen.

I’ve tried everything taken out the battery, reset it from both buttons and turned it of and on from the switch under the battery. I don’t know what to do I bought in in dec/04 and I cant return it or send it for repairs.

Help Please!!!!
