so after reading some info i downloaded the new firmware for my zen touch
but while installing it just stopt and my pc didn't recognise my player anymore
so now when it starts it starts in recovery mode and the firmware opdate screen said that the player was not connected
HELP

If you can't find instructions on Creative on how to recover from this error, then you will probably have to send it for servicing...

I have had the exact same problem and the customer support service at creative have blatantly ignored me
