People are tending to sell their old iOS device for a new one. So when you do that, how to make sure the data on the device not being seen by the next owner? I am not sure a factory reset is enough or not. What is your opinion on this?

iOS Devices that have secure enclave (since iPhone 5S), are encrypted. When you reset to factory it pulls the encryption key. So a factory reset is a safe way to blank your phone before selling.
