Ordered a 6+ from the apple store.

Is there any shops that would sell one outright at the moment? the telcos won't ...

I will not consider random person transfer as I want my CGA rights

Handset stock is a little outside my area, but as far as I am aware iPhone stock issues are pretty near universal for NZ at the moment.

ok hmm ... might send them an email.

I rang the store and the store said no stock anyway, so even if they could (which they said they couldn't) they won't be able to provide me with one.

if I ordered and there was no stock can I cancel?

Stock levels are better than what apple are saying for the 6. I ordered a 16GB 6 last week with a 10 day lead time, I had it 2 days later. Hopefuly the 6+ is similar!

the chat lady says if out of stock it won't let me buy it ... :D
