I have an iPad 3 in original condition which I rarely use.
I recently updated to iOS 8.2.
Since then I have been unable to access the iTunes & Apps Store. 
Screen message: "Cannot Connect to App Store" or "Cannot Connect to iTunes Store"
There are no obvious other problems, and the WiFi and existing apps work normally.
I have not altered any settings, most of which are default.

Advice please  frown

Problem SOLVED smile

General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings.

re-enter Apple ID

The store now looks quite different, but it works!
