Whats the easiest way to migrate from Windows to an iPad Pro - primarily emails (Outlook, POP3).

Put your emails back onto the mail host (who's that?)  So they're not file based.

 

ie if gmail there's a thing called gmvault that can download and upload every email as an .eml file (I use it for a gmail backup).
