Is it possible to login to the IRD website (for payday filing etc) via Safari on the ipad? I'm travelling overseas and hoping to be able to travel with an ipad (one of the latest models) and not have to take my laptop. Many thanks

I certainly can login and use the site, but I dont have the latest ipad.
Remember the IR website goes off air for a week from thursday 18/4 - friday 26/4 while they roll out the next update.

I get the "Oops something went wrong" message each time I try to login, and thought maybe it was because I have an older ipad. Have also tried resetting the ipad but still no change.
Download and try a different browser e.g. Chrome.
I'd be interested to know if anyone with a Gen 3 ipad, iOS 9.3.5, is able to login to IRD?

Antonios, I presume you are using Safari too? Still can't login, so any ideas for any changes to my settings that I could try?? Cheers
Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.
I've just logged in using Safari on an iPad Pro 9.7" running iOS 12.2 beta.
In saying that, they have a few issues at present, so you probably won't be able to do anything of note once logged in anyway...

To reiterate: I have a Gen 3 ipad with operating system iOS 9.3.5 which is the latest allowable on this ipad. Chrome is not compatible.
It's already been established that another user can login to IRD using a Gen 2, so it must be possible for me.
Can anyone else help, please?
After several frustrating days, I changed my Cookie settings to "Always Allow" and voila - I am now able to login to the IRD website! Guess this was why whenever I logged onto the IRD site, I was immediately flicked to the "Whoops, something's gone wrong" page.

Wow, interesting that you need cookies enabled.

I would expect that; as it needs some mechanism to track session state. cookies are normally used for that purpose.
