I have two iOS 10. 3 devices and was using Firefox 14 on them. Version 14 is the last compatible version for iOS 10.3. Up until last week I could access my FF account for sync function but now it does not work. All I get is a blank screen with an error message "cannot load page". Attempts to create a new account using the provided links on Firefox site also do not connect to the appropriate page. Using a borrowed iOS 12.4 device works ok. Any suggestions?

Perhaps get a newer device? Support ended for iOS 10.3 3 years ago, and devices stuck on it would be up to 8 years old. Fairly common for devices of that age to not fully support some newer technology. Most likely something tied into 64 bit, but Firefox have said since last year that the oldest supported iOS is 11

Actually, I have been running FF 14 on iPhone with iOS 10.3.3 for over a year with no problems and according to info I have is that FF 14 is supported. Later versions of FF do require iOS of at least v 12.4. Apart from the internal FF app links not working, the same issue arises if I use a different browser, the specific FF pages do not work so I cannot sign in or create a different account. I have not changed anything on my devices so it seems logical that Mozilla have done so at their end. Mind you, I found a similar issue with another app I just updated and now does not work despite their site saying it should.

Perhaps a depreciated TLS version then.

As above, most likely the Firefox services removed support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 and your browser doesn't support services above it.

TLS 1.1 issue? Now that rings a bell. Not what I wanted to hear but that's life sometimes. Thanks all for your help.

I am curious: Why are you using such an old iOS version?

The reason I am using this iOS version is it is the latest that can be used on an iPhone 5c with which I am happy to continue using, that and the fact that funds for a newer phone are lacking right now. I also have an iPad series 2 and a late 2012 iMac.
