Supposedly your recovery time is a good indication of your fitness level, does anyone know of an app that tracks recovery time over a period of time and graphs it somehow so you can see if your recovery time is improving?

I cant seem to find an app to do it, I know you can check this manually for each workout, but seeing it graphed in an app over time would be nice.

Cheers

Hi, I downloaded Zones but can't seem to seem to see where the recovery time stats are, any ideas?

Thanks

Hi, I just tried to look and was stumped. I know when I finish a run it shows 1 min cool down and monitors HR to see how quickly it recovers but I cannot see that info in the app?? Perhaps its for running only, it does say cardio intensities. Sadly I haven't been for a run in the last 90 days to check?

This from the website

"Review your improvements with Recovery Heart Rate

Recovery Heart Rate is the difference between your exercising heart rate and your heart rate one minutes after the exercise has stopped.

It is a good indicator to gauge your fitness level!

This app measures it automatically right after your workouts. (Over CARDIO intensities only)"

Sweet, yeah thought I might be missing a menu or something, yeah I have only done walks in the last 90 days and those have only been 15 mins or so, so maybe it only does if over 30 mins or so, or needs to be a certain intensity, will do a 30+ min run today and see :)

The inbuilt Workout app gives recovery stats in Apple Health.

When logging a workout of any sort, all that goes into the Health app...
