Is anyone else having a problem with atv+ originals not showing up when I click on originals tab is only showing coming soon if I click on it say content unavailable tried on both wifi/mobile
Tried using atv+ website and works, but none of our Apple TV or phones all different Apple ID
My us account seems to be showing them

Having same problem works fine on our computers. Trying to view through new LG TV using app and not work.

I just spent nearly 40 mins to two people in the aus call centre. Same issue as the OP. Apple is aware of this issue in NZ, Australia and Europe.

I have raised a case number but no resolution so far. I’m told to keep checking over the next two days. Hopefully apple sort it soon.

Forgot to add wouldn’t work on any of my devices. MacBook, Apple TV, iPhone or iPad.
