Ok.. i have and iphone 3G on the telecom XT network
it has the 3.0 firmware and is jailbroken

i have sent a pxt once or twice and i have no idea how i managed it coz whenever i try now it fails.
i cant recieve them either.. they dont even come up as a link... which is werid
i have a guess of why this is..
could changing the data APN so no data is downloaded affect it? if it does thats a pain i dont want to be spending alot of money on data fees..

oh and the MMS setting are as on this site somewhere...

 and send MMS

Yes but I usually have the apn as incorrect to prevent this. Is This essential for mms?
Even tho it doesn't work even wen it's right I just don't want to have it corrct all the time as it accidently uses data lol

a couple of obvious questions:

1) Have you checked that you have credit available if you're on prepay

2) Do you know for sure that the number you're trying to MMS is capable of receiving them

Have you entered your mobile number in the settings? As you must do this to enable MMS, main issue I get with my customers who have bought iPhones from other carriers.

Settings > Phone > My Number

Cheers
