I'm getting this message ""Cannot connect to iTunes Store" when I click on iTunes or App Store.  I've reset the ipad  (hold the home and power buttons until it reboots and you see the Apple logo) and "reset all settings" in the general tab of the setting application. Anyone know how to fix this problem?  I can access Safari so it's not a connection issue and I did have access to both the iTunes store and App Store two days ago? Thanks in advance?

Yes, did restart. Just got off the phone from applecare and after a trying a few things without success we resigned into the "store" under the "Settings". This did the trick. Hopefully this may help anyone else who encounters this?

Hmmmm, I just got it (same symptom - Safari OK, iTunes store not) but it worked on a retry. I'm putting it down to a temporary blockage in Apple's intertubes.

//Should that be "stalks" for Apple maybe?

I get the same problem (yes safari internet -  no itunes connection) when I try to connect through my work wifi connection. i think its something to do with the authentication itunes uses when negotiating our windows server

Apparently I saw from a tweet that iTunes is broken at the moment.
