No issues at all for me, has been working again for a few weeks after the initial issue was fixed.

I'm on a 3G running 4.1

Have a friend who is having this issue still, we both have iPhone 4s too but mine is fine. What's this fix you speak of?

The "fix" that has worked for a few of us appears to be simply deleting all your alarms and creating new ones ...

Don't stop reading yet though - yes yes, you're right, this didn't fix the problem initially ...

But it seems that at some point (last weekend) something changed within our phones (perhaps the outdated daylight saving calendar) and doing this appears to now get everything back to running again ...

but you MUST delete all alarms ... I left one in and that still went off at the wrong time even though new ones were going at the correct time. Creating new alarms is fine though.

Interesting, seems pretty straightforward and worth a go!
