I have an iphone 4 and the screen has started to flicker while it is receiving/ sending data( it is doing it while im typing this). Have tried a restore and that hasn't worked. Would it be best to contact apple directly or go to the store that i bought it from?

Ring apple on the international number and you'll get a case number and they'll tell you where to take it.

Thanks have done that, have to take it into vodafone. Will they replace or send it out for repair? As this is my only phone.

Realistically you are going to end up with a refurbished phone, in as new condition. Whether vodafone will give you a loan phone while yours is being scrutinised, is a question you will have to ask vodafone.
