Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

I assume you already get emails from TM for the term "squeezebox'? Various models come up quite regularly, with a spate of them in the past couple of weeks (IIRC Classics and Booms). They can fetch fairly good prices, but it's certainly worth keeping an eye out via TM.

Thanks guys - the prices on Amazon are interesting - still relatively high!

I paid for an Olive One, on a crowd sourcing site, which am still waiting for still after 12 months !! They have built some but the factory is very slow so looking at the Touch.

What about ebay?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Logitech-squeeze-box-touch-/201147355871?pt=US_Internet_Media_Streamers&hash=item2ed55112df

Looks like it's lightly used.

As an aside I have a couple of Squeezbox Radios. One in the house and my daughter has one in LA.

Since they need a Squeezebox server to run, I have her's connecting to my server in my house :-) So she can listen to my music in the server but she tells me uses it mainly for Spotify.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

Of course the super budget option is to use a Raspberry Pi

If it doesn't sound good enough with the stock audio outputs you can add a Wolfson card.

Not sure if it's of any use to you, but I've got an old squeezebox boom with blown speakers if you want it. Apparently you can replace the speakers, but I'd moved on to Sonos by the time I foudn that out. Free.

eBay is probably your best bet. I have one personally and must say they are a fantastic device. I control mine via SqueezePad on the ipad, really nice interface with full cover art etc. I tried DLNA with my receiver a while back and its no match for the SquuezeBox ease of use.
