i usually order such wires and cables from ebay.. they ship out from Hong Kong and are quite reasonable..

Trademe also an option.

Tip: on Trademe sellers will charge more for OTG cables when they list them as specific for popular/new devices, so for example a 'Galaxy S5 OTG cable' tends to sell for more than a 'Galaxy S3 OTG cable' --> they are all the same, so don't pay over the odds.

Ebay and Amazon also fine, but likely slower than Trademe.
