Watch the Tile Video and get ready to part with your money... ;)

Anyone interested in purchasing? $40 firm including FREE NATIONWIDE COURIERPOST TRACKED SHIPPING!!

I ordered a few of these from the USA MONTHS ago - like back in April I think - and they just shipped last week. Demand for them in the US has been off the chart and so they are constantly having to review shipping deadlines - mine were supposed to ship in September...

These are, to the best of my knowledge and googling expertise, NOT available anywhere in NZ at the time of posting so grab yourself or the geek in your life a cool wee gadget that bugger all other geeks will have!!

Anyway, my order will be landing in NZ some time next week and won't last long. I have 6 for sale - please express interest by posting below and I'll follow up as soon as they're in hand.

Cheers!

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Keys used to go missing in this house. Now they are missing for a few minutes only. LOVE my Tiles. LOVE the 'community find' ability if something goes really missing.

That's awesome feedback, thanks! Really looking forward to getting mine too - I seem to be in perpetual searching-for-my-keys mode...

I was wondering about the "community find" aspect - presumably it's only any good once a reasonable number of people own a tile?? Have you had any first-hand experience of the usefulness of it yet? Is there any way to know how many other tile users are in a locality/area/country??

Whats the range on these things?

I take it they wont replace a full network connected GPS locator.
I'm looking for cheap solutions for locating a vehicle, motorbike etc.

No good for that, its Bluetooth, so 30m or so. Also only works with iPhone currently although it looks like they are building an Android app.

It's an annual deal...  return for a discounted new Tile.

No first hand experience with this.  I assume they don't publish numbers of users by country.
