Hi team,

I've relented to the partner and am no longer taking my HTPC overseas with me so I need to get rid of it. Specs are...

Case: Antec Fusion Remote
PSU: 400w
Motherboard: ASUS M3N78-EM
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 7850 2.8ghz
RAM: 2x 2GB DDR2-800
GFX: nVidia Geforce 8300
Remote: MCE Remote

I'm taking the HDDs with me, so please note it doesn't have any of those. The case has space for 2x3.5" drives. This has been a great HTPC for me over the last few years. It has been running Win7 + Mediaportal which has been fantastic.

I'm looking for offers around $400 but am open to anything reasonable. Shipping this badboy would be a pain so pickup in Masterton, or I'm offering drop off in Wellington/Manawatu/Wairarapa areas.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

mmm, maybe ... shipping's gonna be the killer to Auckland, though I maybe able to swing it somehow thru work.
Does it have any optical drives ? The case looks like it accepts one under the VFD display.
Let me know if you can't shift it - I may be amenable .., :-)

I was in the process of getting a HTPC, though presferring a mini or micro, but need room for a PCI DVB-S card. Have the OS and SSD's already at hand.

Hey. It does indeed have a DVD drive in it so that's all good. I'll open it up tomorrow but I think I also put a dvb-s PCI card in it as well but I'll confirm tomorrow.

I'm open to shipping but it may be a bit ($20 or so as a guesstimate).

It does have a TV tuner in it. It's a Hauppauge WinTV DVB-T pci card. Not entirely sure of the exact model, but I could find out if you really need.

Sure it's a DVB-T not a DVB-S ? If you could find out the model number - it may be one that supports both. Hopefully..... otrehrwise I'm up for a DVB-S tuner as well ;-(

Definitely DVB-T. I'll find out the model but i'm pretty sure it doesn't support both.

Hi, I'll have to give this a miss at this stage - appreciate your efforts in getting me the details nevertheless.
