NZ New HTC One M8 (Gunmetal grey) - this was Vodafone version but is unlocked for any network. 2.5ghz with 2600 LTE band cover.
Purchased brand new from Noel Leeming. Has HTC warranty until May 2016.
Comes fully boxed with warranty receipt / ear phones / documents.
I will take the current screen protector off - so you can see there is nothing underneath.

Will include additional:-
1) Spigen HD screen protector
2) Lens protectors
3) Diztronic matt TPU case
4) Spigen clear/TPU surround case
5) Rock 0.6mm clear case
6) HTC original case
7) HTC genuine Dot View case in grey

Has one 1mm nick on bottom right hand (difficult to see) - as when I was running with the phone in my hand - I knocked my wife's watch. She was not happy. Never been dropped. Everything works as it should. Only small annoyance is tiny 5 specs of dust on ufocus lens which have been there for sometime. Seems to be static in number. Doesn't affect photos whatsoever so doesn't bother me. If this bothers you, obviously you can get the warranty claim and likely get a replacement. The phone itself otherwise is perfect so I didn't want to. You will have 18 months to do so!

I am in Auckland (North Shore) - shipping or pick up is fine.

I am after $600 everything included. Voted number one phone of the year.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

They would exchange in 14 days but not refund. They can provide me a gift card, unless you want to buy something from them?

freitasm: Is this a Spark or Vodafone model?

The one I bought yesterday is a Spark model I think, well that is what the person told me when selling. It does not say anywhere on the box and the boot up logo does not appear as well.
Maybe non-branded version.

Does the Voda and Spark versions have their apps on their phones to show it is their version? Mine that I bought does not have any apps and I paid 800 yesterday.
Online shows Spark version is 799 and the unbranded version is 999 - here

Oh, you are right about the gold one. Didn't see that when I was buying mine earlier this year. Mine (Voda) did not have a single network related bloatware. I don't know if others come with it.

Bump. Now I have two phones. Both really excellent devices and have its own strength. I do however plan to move to Canada later this year and needed a phone to support LTE in both countries.

I have tried to blow to remove the dust but seems like I made it worse in ufocus lens. Still doesn't effect the photos at all. The buyer can decide to get it replaced under warranty (but otherwise it's perfect..) or use it as is. I will let go of everything listed above for 580.

It's impending lollipop update. The battery life is awesome I only used it as charging it every second day. Lasts me 2 days on 4G. Speakers are awesome and I will miss that the most. The screen has awesome calibration and much better than my new replacement...

Noteworthy is that this phone, assuming its a Spark (or other APAC) model at least, should have 700mhz Band 28 LTE.

Yes definitely band 28 is on. It's Vodafone version. But would work with any other network. 2 year warranty is not useful for me as I will be overseas from June for at least 15 months. I have North American version of Moto X without the LTE 28 now sadly...

Take this phone away from me! I keep on coming back to it from the new replacement. If I was given a choice to choose (and had equally same LTE bands as in North America), I would pick my HTC m8 over moto x 2014 any day.

I think and I have to agree is the best android phone of the year. Battery life just trumps most other phones, solid, excellent build, really fluid. Phone reception is amazing and although people complain of poor camera it's perfect for social media. All my most liked photos are from m8 than from other phone shots. Evening shots come out brilliantly.

I repeat this a well looked after phone and not abused...

I suppose I could do you a favour and take it off your hands for $500 ...
