Hmm, interested in the briefcase radio, saw people using one today and it was rad. (Suitable word considering the era of it?)

Is there a model? Looks like it's crown brand?

Does it work at all? Pretty keen on it for a fiver.

I tried finding out brand, once, but it's crown in as much as it's a rebranded something or other.

 

 

 

The platter turns, the casette deck spins, the radio makes noise. Speakers work well enough when I balance the cartridge enough to get it to track on a record. 

 

 

 

So, the amp circuitry and output paths are all good, it's just the inputs that are bunk.
