ex lease at PB tech seems to be better prices than what some people think their old ones are worth when I was last looking for some. Does it have to have HDMI tho? I got some tollerable HP 23" that are displayport and DVI on them because no audio in them.

hdmi in many cases is DVI with sound all in one.  Do you want the monitor to be your speakers?  If not then a DVI - HDMI adapter should be ok?

HDMI in to a dvi won't work on a camera NVR and similar other devices. Been there. Hassle.
