I have for sale an older MacBook Pro, Model identifier MacBookPro5,4

It's an Intel Core2 Duo, 2.53Ghz with 4Gb of RAM and 250Gb HDD (not solid state).

As pictured, it's working, but it's frankly had one hell of a hard life. Murphy's Law being what it is, it'll probably stop 5 minutes after you get it, so I'm calling it as being probably best for parts. Definitely sold as is.

As you can see - working ... Takes a while to boot up and while I have no definite fact to state this, my gut feeling is that the HDD could be on the way out. That being said, it's stable and isn't playing up. Battery life seems ok as well. However, when you see the image by the network port - something has occurred (and it was prior to me getting my mitts on it), I'd suggest dropped perhaps. Also, looking underneath, the wee footpads are also missing.

Open to offers. I see a mint one for sale on TradeMe for $800... Don't expect half that, probably not even a quarter of that, as this isn't anywhere near mint.
