Chuwi Hi 13

http://en.chuwi.com/product/items/Chuwi-Hi13.html

This Windows 10 tablet uses the same screen that is used on the Surface Book

All-in-one Android VR headset

Sharp 5.5” 1080p display

The Bobo people didn't overspend on Chinese/English translators, did they?

What does it actually do?

sorry didn't see this question till now, it's an Android powered VR headset, it's an all-in-one unit, you don't need to plug anything into it - no phone required. it has screen, processor, ram, storage, battery, wifi, bluetooth, headphones, and a controller all built in. You can watch VR movies, 3D movies, 360 movies. You can watch youtube or surf the web. It has it's own virtual movie theatre. You can download and play VR games from the play store etc.
