I've been having a bit of a clean out (as you do during lockdown!) and found our old iPod / iPhone docking station

it's about 10-12 years old but the connector is only for an older iPod / iPhone

while browsing Trade me - I came across someone selling an older docking station, and they are selling it with this adaptor so it can be used on modern iPhones

does anyone know what this adaptor is actually called and where I can buy it?

I had a quick look on PB Tech website but couldn't find it.

if anyone can help that would be much appreciated!

does this mean I won't be able to play music from my iPhone 8 through the docking station with this adaptor?

I have one of these 30 pin Bluetooth adaptors that I do not use anymore. I've received a few freebies from Geekzoner before and it's time for me to pay it forward. PM me if you want it and we can arrange pick up or delivery. I don't have a device to test it anymore so I do hope it is still working fine.
